On 23 April 2015 in the City House of Culture in Lańcut the lecture was held on "What we would leave to our grandchildren? To the rescue of biodiversity" for the students of the University of the Third Age.

The lecture was attended by 69 people.

The lecturer, Ryszard Kulik, presented the basic information on what the biodiversity is, what is its status in the modern world and what steps can be taken to prevent its loss. The audience was attentively listening to the lecture and then had lively discussion on personal responsibility for the condition of the environment.
